(03-01-2024)What's new* Fix some crashes at startup under (especially) Android 14.* Fix alarms that are set before a device restart but fire afterward, under (especially) Android 11+. I haven't fully figured out how to work around some weird Android restrictions, so this appears to work under all Android versions except 11 through 13 (14 is fine). On those versions only, the *first* alarm to fire after a device restart might or might not work, but subsequent ones appear to work fine. I have more to investigate here.
